We have partnered up with Yoga in Salento and our sister studio The Vinyasa People to bring you the chance to win a luxury 7 Night Yoga Retreat hosted by our very own Katy Scherer.

Fully immersed in the magical beauty and nature of Salento, the YIS retreat centre is the perfect location for a week of yoga, breathing and meditation journeys.

The Retreat.

Ashtanga and vinyasa are the most popular practiced styles of yoga today but did you know that vinyasa is deeply rooted in ashtanga?

Katy will give you the opportunity to explore the ashtanga practice on your own terms! No matter if you are an Ashtangi through and through or a vinyasa practitioner, Katy will meet you where you are in your practice.

This is an ashtanga retreat BUT with a very open invite and carefully planned our program which is very suitable for vinyasa practitioners.

The schedule will include 5 morning Mysore sessions, one led class and 4 afternoon sessions covering a variety of topics. Optional daily breath work and meditation included.

The classes will be in english.
